  • Warrant that you have the right to submit the content
  • Are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content
  • Agree that we may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion

4.3 Content Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of competition information. Users are advised to verify important details directly with competition organisers.

5. Intellectual Property

The Comp Central platform, including its design, functionality, and original content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

5.2 Third-Party Content

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Competition information displayed on our platform is used for informational purposes under fair use principles. Any copyrighted material (such as logos or promotional content) is used only as necessary to identify competitions and their organisers.

5.3 DMCA and Content Removal

If you believe your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please submit a content removal request through our content removal form. We will investigate and respond to valid claims promptly.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
