• Parent/User Information: Profile photos and images that users choose to upload
• Account Information: User IDs, account preferences, membership details

Phone numbers are collected to facilitate communication between clubs, parents, and coaches for competition coordination purposes.

We collect competitor gender information solely for the purpose of appropriate competition categorisation and eligibility, as many competitions have gender-specific categories. Sport type selections (e.g., Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz for Dance) are collected to match competitors with appropriate competitions and manage club memberships effectively.

2.1a Photos and Images

Users may optionally upload photos and images to our platform, including:

• Profile Photos: Parents and users can upload profile photos to help clubs identify members
• Competitor Photos: Photos of competitors can be uploaded to help with identification at competitions
• Club Logos: Clubs can upload logos and images for display within the platform

All photo uploads are voluntary. Photos are stored securely and are only visible to relevant users within the platform (e.g., club administrators can see photos of their club members). You can delete or update your photos at any time through your account settings.

2.2 Location Information

We collect physical addresses from clubs and parents to provide travel planning features. These addresses are converted to precise geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) to calculate:

• Distance to competition venues
• Estimated travel times
• Route planning information

We use the Open Source Routing Machine (OSRM) service to calculate distances and travel times. Important: We only collect addresses that you manually enter (such as your home or club address). We do not access your device's GPS or track your real-time location.

2.3 Mobile App Information

When you use our mobile application, we may collect:

• Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens to send you competition updates, reminders, and attendance requests (managed via Expo Push Notification service)
• Crash and Diagnostic Data: Information about app crashes and technical issues to help us improve app stability and functionality
• Performance Data: Information about app performance such as launch times, response times, hang rates, and energy usage to optimise app efficiency
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and support purposes

2.4 Usage and Analytics Data

To improve our services and understand how users interact with our platform, we may collect:

• Product Interaction Data: Information about how you use the app, such as app launches, feature usage, screen views, button taps, scrolling behaviour, and navigation patterns

This information is sourced from publicly available sources and is provided for informational purposes to help competitors and coaches find relevant competitions.

Our platform allows users to submit competition information. Please note:

• We are not liable for the accuracy or legality of user-submitted content
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit the information they provide
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our terms or applicable law

• We display only basic factual information about competitions, which is generally not subject to copyright protection
• We do not reproduce substantial portions of copyrighted promotional materials

• Competition organisers who believe their intellectual property rights are being infringed may request removal of content

4. Content Removal Requests

If you are a competition organiser and believe that content about your competition should be removed due to copyright concerns, inaccuracy, or other legitimate reasons, you may submit a content removal request.

To request content removal, please fill out our content removal form. We will review all requests and respond within 7 business days. We aim to process valid removal requests within 14 business days of receipt.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our services
• Display profile photos and club logos to help with identification and recognition
• Facilitate communication between clubs, parents, and coaches for competition coordination
• Calculate travel distances and journey times to competition venues

We do not use gender information for any purpose other than competition categorisation and eligibility determination. Phone numbers are used solely for communication purposes between clubs, parents, and coaches within our platform. Photos and images are used only for identification and display purposes within the platform and are not shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our features:

• Expo Push Notification Service: Used to send push notifications to mobile app users about competition updates, reminders, and attendance requests. Your device token is shared with Expo to deliver notifications.
• Open Source Routing Machine (OSRM): Used to calculate distances and travel times between addresses and competition venues. Address data is sent to OSRM's routing service to compute journey information.

These services operate under their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

7. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except:

• When required by law or legal process
• To protect our rights, property, or safety
• With service providers who assist us in operating our website and mobile app (under strict confidentiality agreements)
